1. 30-Day Returns & Exchanges We offer a 30-day returns and exchange policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging
- All tags and accessories must be included
- Items must not be damaged or altered
- For hygiene reasons, bedding, towel, and sock items must be completely unopened and unused
2. How to Return or Exchange
- Email thefortune369@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you return instructions and a return authorisation
- Securely repackage the item — items damaged due to inadequate packaging may not be accepted
- Ship the item back using a tracked service
- Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or exchange within 7–10 business days
3. Return Postage
- Standard returns: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
- Defective or incorrect items: We will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
4. Bundle & Discounted Items If you purchased a bundle at a discounted price and wish to return a single item from that bundle, the full individual retail price of that item will apply. The refund will be the bundle price paid minus the full retail price of the kept items.
5. Refunds
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval
- Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank to process the refund
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Used, washed, or damaged items
- Opened bedding, towel, or sock products (for hygiene reasons)
- Any item not in its original condition
